Waiting for your tune?

Just out of curiosity, how long did you guys have to wait to receive your tune once you sent in the necessary information (strategy code, etc.)? I sent my information into LMS this past Thursday and still have not received my tune. The communication thus far has not been very good. If they would just tell me that it can upwards of a week or so before you receive your tune, I'd be okay with it. I haven't received much of any communication unless I call them.

Sounds like they've only had your info for one full business day.

Generally their turnaround is good.
And I agree, I'd reserve judgement until more than a single, full. business day has elapsed. I wouldn't be surprised if you receive correspondence before the day is through.

They have been swamped with new tune request.

Average time frame for me would be roughly a few buisiness days,i guess it also matters if its peak and off peak season.

Make sure you have the correct Email info@livernoismotorsports.com and average is about three buisiness days and good luck.

Thanks for the feedback.  I sent my info in Thursday morning when I received the tuner, hoping to get the tune maybe today or at least on Monday. 

ZSHO:  according to their instructions provided with the tuner; strategy codes, SN # etc are now sent to "tuning@livernois........

Tuning@livernoismotorsports.com or Info@livernoismotorsports.com any of the two should be more than adequite,Tommy when you first send all your info to LMS its a longer process than just requesting a updated or revised tune,cause everything is in there system,based on the info Mon the latest,what year&any mods? and keep me posted.

Its a 2013 PP, only thing Ive done to it so far are Magnaflow mufflers and resonator delete. Planned on loading the tune and changing plugs this weekend.....hopefully tomorrow I'll have something other that junk email in my inbox!

Tommie hopefully your tune is in tomorrow,make sure plugs are gapped at 0.30 and after you receive your tune order a 3-bar map from Rock auto for 47.79 and then request A V8,3-BAR TUNE from LMS for added performance and a cooler stat is also recomended down the road.

Hey all.....got the tunes from Anthony at LMS this afternoon.  ZSHO: appreciate the assistance!!
After I choke down some grub, Im going to install the 93 tune, plugs will have to wait till I have some time to install them.
