So I have had my SHO for about 7 months and I have 15000 miles on it. Around 4000 miles the brakes started to squeal at low speeds. Once the brakes warm up below about 10 they can squeak constantly (no squeaking at just a certain part of the rotor). I took it to the dealer and they said that the brakes look fine and I might get a little bit of noise now and then and as car dealers do, they couldn't understand the plain English telling them that's not what is happening. Took it to a friends shop to get tires put on and they say the rotors are warped on the front. How can the rotors be warped after such a short time? Should I just take this as an opportunity to upgrade to EBC or should I try to warranty my current ones?

But aren't mentioning the main symptom of warped rotors.....Are you saying the squealing is making you think the rotors are warped? Based on what you said it doesn't sound like you have warped rotors but more likely you have dirt or something foreign between the pad and rotor
BTW... warped rotors should shake the car on bragging.. not squeal... Not sure how the warping was determined, usually takes rotating the discs with a micrometer on the contact area... I have 17K miles and no sign of any brake repairs needed. You've got a lot of miles left...unless you just want to upgrade.

Sounds like car was bought used. Then, squeaks/squeals caused by uneven contact from caliper piston to brake pad.
Solution: reinstall silicone.
If you hearing rubbing at certain parts on rotating mass, you might have a wheel bearing issue and/or warped overheated rotor. Or if brake pads were replaced without rotors being turned, can cause same effects. But you would definitely feel when braking. If no vibration during braking, I would either reapply silicone to pads AND turn rotors, or do nothing. A lot of times the squeal will go away when enough dust/dirt fills the breaks in piston to pad contact area.

Good advice above. A little bit of rust is known to build up overnight as the car sits, which then causes squealing noise when first driven/braking. Should go away quickly though, not persist. Is the brake fluid level at MAX in the reservoir, and is it clean-looking?
Compared to brake systems on pre-2013 MYs, the brakes on your SHO should be good performers. They shouldn't be worn already unless you've been going 140-0 every day

Improperly torqued lug nuts can cause rotors to become warped, and this usually happens at tire rotation.Manu is right about the rotors and improperly torquing of lug nuts... but if you had to rotate at 4K miles look for something else. I get a grating for 1-2 stops after a wash...like 30 minutes after due to rapid rusting of the rotor swept area... they literally turn orange. In a wet environment, especially with winter road chemicals rusting may happen quicker than you think... hence the stopping of the noise after a few applications. a close inspection before driving might give the answer.... BTW, I HATE brake squeal too!

Just to reinforce this the brakes will make the noise at low speed after ANY amount of driving. Even after driving for an hour the breaks will still squeal as I pull into a parking spot or come to a stop at a light. It is definitely not rust because the rust would come off after a certain point. As for the other suggestions I think I will take the car to a different ford dealer and have them check when I get some other work done soon. Thanks for all the help.
If you can just take a look at your rear rotors and see if they are any visible signs of debris or corrosion,or signs of scraping on them,follow up with your service advisor for TSB ASI-44564 corrosion buildup between brake pad and anchor bracket,go under brakes (PWS) http://www.carcomplaints.com/Ford/Taurus/2013/tsbs/ the corrosion buildup can lead to your squeaking.
I had the same situation Sunwolf,was at the dealer a couple of weeks ago and they found a slight rust ridge forming on the inside of the front drivers side,as the pads make contact with the slight ridge of rust on the rotors,it will cause that annoying squeak,try performing a few hard stops and see if it clears up your issue.Z.
