Weirdest thing happens today...

I'm in the line at Delta Sonic waiting for a wash and I noticed my RPM's were higher than normal, 800 to 850 RPM's. When I shifted into neutral the car bumped back. Not too hard but definitely noticeable. Car kept idling at that same range until I got back to work. 3 hours later when I left, idling was back to normal, about 600 RPM's. I uploaded LMS stage 3 tune about a week ago and have no other mods. No problems thus far. And I wouldn't necessarily call this a problem, just weird. It was also shifting a little harder than normal. Which I know is normal, but idle trim should have relearned by now.  Any thoughts?

I occasionally have something act a little different... maybe twice since Sept... a restart has always fixed it. I haven't loaded a tune yet.  I am wondering if the computer system doesn't always initialize correctly.

Keep an eye out for behavior fitting this TSB:  TSB 11-12-10
6F50/6F55 TRANSMISSION—SLUGGISH ACCELERATION FROM 0-8 KMH (0-5 MPH)
FOLLOWED BY A HARSH BUMP OR A SLIP ON TAKE-OFF FOLLOWED BY A BUMP—BUILT ON OR BEFORE 4/15/2011

If this is the case, the TSB calls for a new calibration and valve body modification.

Nothing like that. It happened with my foot on the brake. It was like holding the brake while revving the engine (car wants to move forward but doesn't), then putting it in neutral (nothing pulling the car forward anymore so it drops back).  I don't think it's anything to worry about. Just wanted to know if anyone else experienced anything like this.

Sounds like you might have gotten the transmission temperature higher then normal from idling for a longer then normal period, if the transmission and fluid was hot, it might have caused the problem. I would check the transmission fluid to see if it has a color change or smells burnt, easiest way to make sure everything is normal with it.

I don't think you have a problem, I notice my car idles higher at times especially when it's cold outside with engine fully warmed up.
The hard shift are from the tune, if remember correctly stage 3 has no torque management. Not sure why you choose to run, but I wouldn't. And they really should be titled as stages cause they're not. They should versions and what your running a early version of our current tunes.

My 13 has exhibited higher RPM's and delayed/much later shifting in real cold weather. My 2011 exhibited all kinds of quirky RPM/transmission behaviors in all kinds of weather. None of them manifested into a real problem.
