What do you guys think of this meth kit

I've got my eye on it as one option. I was also look at this vs the Snow stage 2. Sorry I can't add much more than that, hopefully someone can chime in and let us both know if there are any significant differences.

I would research longevity and maintenance factors.  LME states their Alky kit is the only one that a pump has never failed on, IIRC.  So you are up against some stiff competition if that is true.  There ARE rebuild/upgrade kits for Snow, not sure about AEM.

In my case I would be looking to ditch the tank and use the wiper fluid tank on my MKS which has the sensor already. I would use at 50/50 mix like boost juice which cleans the windows just fine.

This would likely be what i did as well, especially after looking for tank mounting locations under the hood..

AEM is good qaulity....they make engine management units....pretty sure there pump is fine
You have tried their meth injection kits before?  I wasn't intending to discount them, just saying that being good in one area doesn't mean good across the board.  Each product has to stand on its' own, generally speaking.

They do make pretty good air filters though,LOL.Found a pic of the box and they were priced higher roughly a year ago, best of luck.  Z

Snow Performance is one if leaders in the industry.  The AEM kit I'm sure is good too.  Just because Livernois claims that they are the only one to never have a pump fail, take that claim with a grain of salt.  They make a lot of claims...  I think if you stay with any of the major players in the industry, you'll be fine.

Finally purchased this.  Now to tackle the install.  Will report back with my thoughts on the kit.

I'm not confident that LMS has stated their meth pumps have never failed.

I mean hell, my own meth pump failed if you recall Manu.

I also created a thread somewhere  (for the love of God idk where it is located at this moment) but I spoke directly to Julio @ Alky Controls, and learned that the pumps are all the same industry wide, and more importantly, I learned that (any / all) pumps that end up pushing methanol through them, that they have a duty cycle of 2-3yrs on average.

Something about the methanol apparently degrades in the internals over that time frame.

Armed with this information, I not only ordered a 2nd pump to have on immediate stand by, but also, I can save some coin in the future, by having the failed pump, simply rebuilt for half the cost of a new one.

I also communicated my experience back to LMS staff, so they were aware of the duty cycles involved, so as to make any future customers aware.

Anyone want to chime in on a tip for securing the nozzle in the charge pipe?  I've read 2 how to's in here and it basically just says drill a hole and mount.  Is there any way to secure it to prevent a boost leak?
