Why are my LEDs blue?

I bought my 2013 SHO in October last year and ever since I had it, the LEDs in the front bumper didn't work, which didn't really bothered me.  Last Monday, I went at my friend's shop to get my downpipes installed and while the vehicle was on the lift, I could see the connector of the driver side LED wasn't plugged in, so I plugged it in and eureka!, the light worked.  However, the passenger side one was plugged and it didn't.

So Today, I removed the front bumper to have a look at it.  Both connectors had corrosion in them so I cleaned them with an electrical connector cleaner, let everything dry, plugged everything and now... the LEDs are blue!  The passenger side one halfway between white and blue while the other one is as blue as it can get.

I went to the drag strip on Thursday and as you can see on the picture they took, the driver side LED was working correctly at that time.

What did I do wrong?  Do you guys think I messed them up when I cleaned the connectors?

I don't think there are color changing LEDS unless ford did something to those strips after my 14 sho; Cause ive examined mine before and its just a pair of warm white LED's.. Looks custom to me and as if maybe one was unplugged on purpose because of LEO attention.

For a second I thought they could've been changed by the first owner, but when they first lit up, they were white... Then I cleaned the connectors on the wires and the lights, and they turned blue!

Could have been a fault already which is why they were disconnected.  Another possibility is that the connectors were not dry when plugged back together after cleaning, but I don't think so.

Some kind of power issue? I doubt ford ponied up for RGB to make white LEDs so they likely used the single phosphor type which actually emits blue or UV that is converted to white. Not sure if you can damage that at all.

Exterior RGB from the factory? You know how much blowback / dot no no that would be? Lol I'm assuming a fault in the led
