Winter rims and tires

FS 18 x 8 MOTEGI MR118 all black rims with Good Year Eagle Ultra Grip tires (P225 60R18).  Also has TPS 3000 miles.  $1,450 obo shipped

Are these a stock replacement for the stock 20" rims, where it doesn't mess with the stability control, torque vectoring, or speedo?

Overall tire diameter for 245/45/20 is 28.68"

Overall for 225/60/18 is 28.63"

So it shouldn't be a problem.
