I'm not 100% sure yet whether or not they are interchangeable. I posted some dimensions here: http://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php/topic,6986.0.html

BlueSHO thought the dims were the same. I found the XSport assembly for $61 (also in the link above).

I actually ordered the SHO part the other day (~$103 after shipping), so if someone wants to sell a used one soon, I can return the one I just ordered. I would, though, like to keep my original piece in case I need to swap back to OE quickly for warranty work.

I will confirm whether or not they are a direct swap as soon as I can.
