I really like that color scheme I have the same color I went with the chrome and red because the car had so much chrome already on it. But my rims are in pretty bad shape don't know if I want to go with chrome rims are just stock. But now you have me thinking those dark rims my work. I really like how you painted the engine cover nice.
It's Rust-Oleum Peel Coat in graphite. I'm trying out different looks before I settle on something permanent. I sprayed the rims with a flat black about 2 1/2 months ago and it stayed on(a quick touch-up every so often) until I had new tires put on. It peels off and what doesn't come off can be pressure washed off.
