2013 PI, Horn Does not Work, any Suggestions

2013 PI, Horn Does Not Work, We have No Manual,
and the Fuse block Looks Different, any suggestions....?

Do the buttons on the steering wheel activate anything? Z
Is the a horn/siren by the front bumper connected ?

Here's a 13 PI Sticker with all the goodies.  Z
100 watt siren.speaker which tells me the horn could be disconnected.IDK

Who needs a horn when you can have a siren?

Well:

No siren package, or grill lights, first thing we
Are trying to do is locate the fuse, then the
Horn, and we think that may be behind the
Driver front fender,

Meaning taking the front tire off and
Pulling the inner fender cover, and
Yes a siren is in the PI's future

Ha PECD Page 17 did the trick, Ground Wire is Cut from the Factory,
Took the dash Bezel Off, Spliced the Ground Together, and
behold... Horn Works... Thanks a Ton....NEED a Horn in this town, "Next up 100 W Siren" ;D

Not sure if you ever started looking for the horn, but you only have to remove the bumper and grille to get to it. Or I guess you could just remove the plastic splash cover from the bottom side of the bumper if you don't mind a tighter working space.
