When I first tried this on my MKS, it said I just had a trial that ended and wouldn't let me do anything. Tried it with my wife's info on her Buick Encore (bought at the same time), it worked no problem. So I figured it had to do with the info. All I did was change the name to something generic like John Smith but kept all my normal info. Worked like a charm.
