I use my car for work; be year next month and I'll more than likely hit 30k.

With that said, I need to get some service done on it -- mainly because I drive it A LOT for work.

Here is what I'm thinking; let me know if I'm missing anything

- Plugs (do I need to consider coil/wires?)
- Trans flush
- PTU flush (I'm pretty sure there is fluid?)

Oil change will be done shortly, it's almost up.

Is there anything else anyone can think of? My brakes are still good so not going to change them.

Trans and PTU are a must, especially if you race at all.

The coils are not really serviceable unless they're bad.

If your car is running ok I would not replace the coils.

Coolant needs to be serviced eventually, but it should be fine at 30,000.

I would check the severe maint schedule in the owners manual if you really want to stay on top of things.

i would check the brake fluid color to see if it needs changing and possibly consider a 3 stage fuel system cleaning.  i mostly consider the 3 stage cleaning an 'extra' thing to do, but i had mine done recently and saw an initial 3 MPG increase in efficiency...

i told my ford dealer to change the ptu fluid and they just told me its fine and doesnt need changing I found this annoying as it seems highly recommended. I dont drag at the strip but i do go WoT often.

That sucks; my best friend is service manager so he'll do it :D
