3D printing parts

It takes almost 2 roles of filament for a total of $50,  I made it using Autodesk Fusion 360 since I was having trouble with Autodesk inventor

I'm now able to print the intake into 2 pieces taking 10 hours each instead of 25h

I have it on my car and yes it will be easier, I might as well finish it up. But I'm lazy as ****. The I ly thing I have accomplished is making the printer better

Sure, just and $1million so I can take my car apart and take measurements and but a printer capable of Printing it  and take measurements. I will just buy you a new one though lol

So I'm going to have to redesign the intake just a little bit due the printing process being not as clean. So I'm going to make the front where the inlets go removable using bolts( and silicone or some sort of sealant)

And suggestions on how to join both halves? I'm thinking of just bolting them together also

Also, I'm going to see if I can make something that changes the tone of the BOVs.

Yeah I'm going to completely redesign it so I can get very minimal failure points. Just can't seem to think of an idea on how to join the base together with bolts that don't go in or penetrate the inside

You might be able to use butyl it's a sealant that is really sticky but after it's set usually needs heat to separate it again.
Maybe make a base to have two all thread out the top with nuts holding it on top?

The top is going to bolted on to the base but I guess I'll also have an overlaping section for the top 2 pieces

Edit: i will be holding the pieces with dowel pins then some sort of epoxy between them.

So my new board came in and I accidentally shorted it the same day. So more delays.

This definitely looks interesting, I'm imagining this as a fun, cheap mod for immature adults like myself who like noise!

I got my board working again, unfortunately for an hour and now the board is not receiving any inputs, only outputs....

Replaced the Mosfet again, it's now working! Time to adjust some settings tomorrow and it will be back in business
