Well no, but consider camber can't be adjusted in the front, except by .5 degrees by turning the strut hat 180deg. Toe should be adjusted exactly right, that's the tire killer. Rear camber can be adjusted, but it has a limit. It is maxed out NEGATIVE by the factory default, so lowered guys should immediately fix this. Rear toe is adjustable and should be adjusted perfectly. Caster is just... well it is caster and hopefully it is right, because there isn't much you can do there.
In other words, they may not have put their backs into it.
