alright, so i went ahead and got the alignment done.

afterwards some of the specifications were still out of range according to the print out.  is that normal?

doesn't seem to make sense to me, i got there right at closing so i didn't have a chance to question the tech...

Well no, but consider camber can't be adjusted in the front, except by .5 degrees by turning the strut hat 180deg.  Toe should be adjusted exactly right, that's the tire killer.  Rear camber can be adjusted, but it has a limit.  It is maxed out NEGATIVE by the factory default, so lowered guys should immediately fix this.  Rear toe is adjustable and should be adjusted perfectly.  Caster is just... well it is caster and hopefully it is right, because there isn't much you can do there.

In other words, they may not have put their backs into it.

Alignment guys get lazy on anything they think is fwd because of the nature of tire wear on the drven and turning wheels. They will get toe right and then whatever with the rest. Kinda get it close. Especially if it involves having to do anything major that they cant upsell.. having done alignments they could of at least got the printed proff to look right with a few little tricks lol.

Too true unfortunately... have had the same problem with all my 4x4 trucks

I went to an NTB that BPD recommended when I got the Eibachs put on last summer.  They were able to adjust everything that was adjustable to dead center of the spec range.  Since then, it has tracked and handled like a dream.

thanks guys, appreciate it...

Lanson, what you described is spot on according to the print out.  the alignment did come with a 6 motnh 6K mile warranty.

after the alignment the tire roar has come back, i suspect it will subside soon as it did before.  if not, i might just have to get some new tires even though theres plenty of thread life left.
