Currently running the V8 performance,170stat,DP,3bar tune, very happy with the updated tune, but noticing my mpg has been dropping,is the the fuel economy setting accurate or roughly, been trying different gas stations like shell,sunnoco,93 octane, tried chevron fi cleaner, nothing,i recall in general car ran better before winter hit, could be the winter blend gas, which I know burns quicker, thank you all members and have a safe Memorial day weekend

That is sounding like a very low average, unless you are driving all city and beating the snot out of the car. May be worth loading the stock tune and driving to see where the mpg's end up at, then you would know that your tune is the culprit for the low mpg's.

Try BG 44K in a full tank of Shell VPower 93 octane fuel. Any Mercedes/BMW/etc. upper end dealer should have BG44K in stock.

OUCH; I get 24 mpg combine with all of that and V8 tune.

I'm not on 3-bar yet; that's tomorrow.

It shouldn't be 14 unless you are 100% stop-go traffic with lead foot LOL.

I get 20 consistently with pretty mixed driving, and I have a pretty heavy foot. I just got off a road trip through some semi hilly countryside, and averaged 26 mpg at 70 mph, which I found pretty excellent.
So, I'd say 14 is abysmal.
It isn't your gas. Blend down began in March and April, and was completed in May or June 1st, depending on your location. In all likelihood, you've been burning low RVP summer grade for weeks.
Reverting back to the OE tune seems like a good idea, to begin troubleshooting.

I never actually check mine, but normally after getting gas it reads around 425 until empty. I do spend a lot of time on the interstate, but I accelerate hard, and normally cruise around 75mph.

One time on a long trip, it almost hit 500 miles until empty, but that was basically 100% highway.

Sorry for the late reply and appreciate all the quick inputs,i will return to stock and proceed from there,i think it was KOLK that mentioned that when he fills up it says 420 mpg left, mine I recall when car was new it said over 400 mi left, but after install of DP and corsas in winter when fill up went down to 300,past month or so went to fill up it read 228mi left, tried to reset also.car is a DD and 80% off the time,i don't even push it.

I usually am at 15.1 with NO tune, and constant traffic with a VERY heavy foot.

I actually had a 2006 Mini cooper S JCW that would give VERY similar results.

On the highway, a COMPLETELY different story, about 23 MPG.

Is your SHO still your DD, Kolk?  You're still running methanol, right?
Never ended up buying Meth. Im just SCT with a 93only tune. Catless downpipes and a Airaid filter. The SHO is still my daily driver. I just sold all my toys over the last 2 months, and going to Boston on Wed to buy a C6 corvette. :D

Sold the Turbo 2007 ZX-14, sold the 2013 Touring ZX-14R(still had a small loan on it), and sold my 2010 Genesis Coupe R-Spec, and already bought a Massive Home theater system, new 60 Samsung 8500 TV, Yamaha 830B receiver, and all Bowers and Wilkins speakers 6.5inch bookshelfs up front, dual 5.25 center channel, and 4inch rears, with a Martin Logan Dynamo 500 Sub. I work at Best Buy, so I only had to pay cost on all the home theater stuff. And with whats left over, Im using to pay cash for the C6 in a couple days.

You must deal with Best Buys High end  ... not all stores have it .

I am a fan of Martin Logan and My Home Theater consists  exclusively of there components  in a 7.1 system with the Sharp Aquos 70" as the center piece.

Yup. Ive been with Best Buy since 2006, and been at this location for 4 years. This is a Magnolia location.

ZSHO, it's worth returning to a stock tune with the 2 bar put back in, if at all possible, so you can get a baseline for what your SHO runs with the DPs and the Corsas in place.  If you are having problems even then, maybe there was a problem with their installation.  Would also get the O2 sensors tested, since they'd have to have been removed and replaced during the DP installation.  Maybe the sensor got damaged or a wire got nicked.

Strange thing happened, yesterday was driving around with wife and kids for about half an hour,i kept looking at the mpg it said 8.2, could not believe it,driving around like a real Taurus, nice n easy,Quick question on the dash where it says fuel economy, what settings do you use 5,10,15 intervals, thank you all especially SHOdded.

how would a malfunctioning O2 sensor affect gas mileage?

I noticed once i installed my OBD-MX and use Torque, that one of the oxygen sensors shows constantly varying readings while the other more or less stays constant.

I've also had issues with gas mileage...

If the O2 readings are not correct, then your AFR as determined by the PCM would be be incorrect as well, typically running fuel rich in that scenario.  Though I believe other sensors also come into play in late model vehicles, O2 readings remain critical to a fuel efficient burn.  In my own case, albeit a '95, fouled O2 sensors led to horrible mpg (low teens or single digits).
