Yes, I have 3.16 gears buddy.

The video was really just stupidity--though I do agree it seems to shift harder/better in drive mode than sport mode.

I never asked Livernois what the S model did besides engage my paddles.

Non PP SHOs and all MKSs have a 2.77 gear.  SHOs with PP have the 3.16.  My MKS with the 2.77 carries 2nd gear well past 60.

Thanks for confirming Bruce, I also confirmed this afternoon.  That extra shift uses up some fraction of time.
