yes it does, & if bigmac question is yes matches the cf look of console & you want gauges you better hop fast i don't think chris/crash has plans to make any more. & they are truly a work of art. i show my sho & no one doesn't think that it wasn't a factory option, it's that good.

The center speaker is still there but covered with the gauge pod. you can still hear the speaker.

It depends on what you want to monitor, everyone's a little different.
I went with Ford gauges monitoring oil pressure, boost and water temp. If i had to do it over, i'd go digital since it's sometimes hard to read the analog gauges during the day when driving into the sun.

Whenever I get around to installing mine I'm going with dual bank Lambda, boost, and oil temp.

Oil temp isn't flashy but it's very important IMO.

You can also do a triple gauge setup with the Aeroforce Interceptor guages and have any six parameters that are available in the OBD2 port available and recording for you. Worth a consideration. And easy install, customizable, and available with the SHO logo on the face.
