can't update tune

Open up Tuner Updater.  Plug tuner into USB.  Click Update Tuner icon.  Finds the tuner, then I get an error pop up box.  "an error occured while trying to determine application update status.  The request failed with an empty response."  So I open up the error log, and it reads...

It was actually my Belkin Router.  It had some free Norton antivirus that was working in the background.  Delete.

Took a while to figure it out.  I asked my wife to try it from here laptop and it was popping up as a malicious site.  That's when I decided to do some snooping and googling.
