Center Gauge Pod, show your gauges

I'd like to know what everyone is running for gauges (appearance wise) in your Crash712us center gauge pod? I'm thinking about some autometer phantom gauges.  Let me know what your using, pictures would be great.  Thanks!

Wild, if my memory serves me correctly. Most of those that purchased my pod, are use either autometer for racing series gauges, or prosport gauges performance series, and EVO series. The EVO series seems to be a favorite for guys with 2013's. I tried searching other forum for pic's of the EVO series gauges installed. It like trying to find a needle in a hay stack over there. I need to start collecting those photos myself, for situation like this.

here some pic's I have.

Crash, thanks.  I couldn't find anything over on the other forum either, so I'd thought I would try and gather everything in one thread here.  I'm not in a rush to get my gauges in, but will post up pictures once I do.

Don't think I ever said it, but the gauge pod is top notch, thanks!

EEEeek! Don't say that...I have gauge pod #4 and I still don't have mine installed...I am still going round trying to decide which gauges I want in mine...so it's going on well almost 2 years..so maybe a little rush would be called for!  :)

Wow, that is a long time to take to pick gauges, but I can understand it's a hard and costly decision.  I'll most likely do mine this winter.  What to buy my tune first.

I am also wanting to add some gauges and trying to figure which to install.  I'm not sure what's important to monitor and which isn't a big deal.  I looked at Aeroforce gauges and like that it's a plug and play.  Not alot of effort in the install which is a plus in my mind.  Unfortunately Aeroforce doesn't appear to monitor everything like oil temp/pressure, boost, or actual EGT.  Is there a gauge(s) out there that will monitor everything?

The Aero gauges can monitor boost, what your probably doing is looking at the list of things it can monitor and not seeing boost. The MAP sensor is what reads boost and these values will be boost pressure or vacuum. As to oil temp no you probably wont be a able to read as there no sensors on the engine to monitor this. And EGT it maybe possible to extrapolate the values from O2 sensors to monitor this.

Anything's possible Chris.

I drilled/tapped my own sensors (where needed) in order to monitor my OIL TEMPS & EGT's.

Of course I do realize anything is possible. But the OP was speaking about OBDII scan gauge ability to read oil temp, and as the car has no OEM oil temp sensor he not be able to read thru OBDII data.
However there are options as to the aeroforce scan gauge, I am not sure if they are capably of hooking up to analog sensors. How PLX devices can be wire directly to additional sensor thru there add sensor modules.

I quick search and the aeroforce scan gauge has the ability to add a sensor as well.

Here is 3 gauges I designed that I think will look good for 2013 SHO's. No nothing about photoshop but perhaps and figure out how to Photoshop these into my pod a place onto a 2013 dash.

Ja; they said 2-weeks.

I also emailed them back asking about a digital AFR like the Phanton II where it has digital display and the color bars that go around it.

However someone mentioned elite so I went and looked at them.

I'm actually impressed and the "warning" options really intrigue me. In addition I see they have a teal color that looks pretty dang close to the teal we have in the 2013 SHO.

I would love for my gauges to go red if I hit a critical value--would be nice.

Looks like I may suck it up and get the elite; which is funny because LMS recommended I get them too.

That "someone" has a name  :'(  I even put a pretty profile pic so the people who coudln't read would remember me  :bangin:

Some excellent options here.  The Autometer Elite gauges look nice, especially if the lighting colors match.

So where did you tap into to for your oil temp sensor?

EGT's I tapped into each down pipe.

Oil Temp Sensor I tapped into a unused bolt located on the Oil Filter Assembly.

There are pics located in my "How-To" thread on the Auxiliary Oil Cooler Install. At least I think there was/is.

HOLY hell premium comes with price.

EVO gauges; like $600 bucks for whole set.

Autometer Elite; $1500 bucks!

I'm sold on Elites--they are sexah!

Each of the Ford Racing Series gauges in my car were on average 250 a piece.

250 times 5 equals $1,250 in gauges alone.

Yeah crazy, I suppose you pay it for the best. I'm sure those will outlive the prosport Evos LOL.

Sent from a mobile, I think.
