Charge Air Temp Rising

My charge air temperatures are going up as the intake and ambient are going down.

Is the intercooler not doing it's job or do I need to increase the Water/Meth volume?

Well, typically speaking most datalogging software has some pretty big errors in them (which is why we don't do logging except in house, as our logging equipment costs almost as much as one of these cars) but it looks like the car is running almost 19# of boost up top. That is WAY, WAY beyond the efficiency point of the stock turbos. The intercooler is a good unit, but the turbos are fighting for their life at that point. Even aftermarket turbos start to run out of steam around that point. I don't see any way to control ACT at that point other than lowering the boost back to a safe level.

I give credit where credit is due,you seldom get a different tuning company helping someone that they have no affiliation with or purchased a tune from them and still giving them advice,HAPPY HOLIDAYS LIVERNOIS MOTORSPORTS.

I seriously don't believe SCT software has issues with it but I'll make sure to invite some of their representatives to chime in.

Thank you for your input.

It looks like a consistent temperature rise as the RPM rises.

With more W/M can this be reduced?

Running #5 nozzle on a Snow Performance Stage 2 kit. Start-8psi, Full-18psi.

It's standard that IAT's will rise under load over time, the better the intercooler, the less it rises. The max temp I'm seeing is 101 degrees vs a 60 degree ambient temp so a 40 degree delta, I just pulled up one of my old logs and I was seeing a 40 degree delta between 100 degree ambient temps and 140 intake.
Send your log to Torrie (I would imagine he's your tuner) and review.

I imagine we have others with data logs of a pull to see ambient vs IAT delta.

Stock intake (airbox, filter, tubing etc.)?  Air filter clean?  Intercooler checked for possible presence of oil?  Where is the W/M injector mounted?  Inspect piping carefully for cracks/breaks, especially near the clamping areas.

Sustained boost at 19 psi is undesirable, spikes are manageable.  Shouldn't be more than 14 psi sustained max on stock turbos.

Pics of your underhood setup?

Check with your tuner and the components advised above... I know you are running snow..... but under the "home" tab the alky site has some info (FAQ and FAQ2) that may provide some answers.
