Concept car with colored plastidip

I prefer the windshield banner in red and italic. The mirrors in red. And on pictures, I like the stripes a lot... So easy to remove them if I get bored of them, so why not?
Thank you for your comments or suggestions guys, probably the paint will be applied at the end of next week... ; )

Agreed on the stripes!  Combine 1st & 3rd, just a little bit Audi-ish if front all blacked out, but still I LIKE it!  Keep mirrors red.

I like the stripes and the overall idea.  I don't like the blacked out bumper.

Good morning:
So last week, I went in person to choose the custom red plastidip. I wanted to duplicate as close as possible the Alfa Romeo color shown in the first page of this thread. The result is amazing! It looks red on the shadow and paprika under the sun. With the tuxedo black it really punches! Also, I continued with the concept and did some paint/photoshop work. The idea is to give the painters a picture they can copy on the actual car. I welcome your suggestions and comments. I opted not to go with the stripes, but tried to imagine a front grill that would make the car look mean. I want the look of a mix American/European car. The striped was a bit too much like a Charger which is more the look of a muscle car (which I like too, but not what I am looking for).
1) The red custom plastidip named Red Hot Moma; 2) The first idea; 3) My favorite so far:
Today, the guy is supposed to order the pigment and next week the paint job will be done (the following week, the chrome will be blacked out)...
What do you guys think? Thanks for your comments and ideas:

Love the look! ... and applaud your avant guard approach.  :thumb:

If I were making the choice from the options in your pics, I'd go with the last one where the black streams back encompassing the headlight cowlings.... Badass!

Agreed.  It kinda gives it a "Taurus" or "Bull" shadow (including horns).

Maybe I could try to get a Redbull sponsorship also! lol
Thanks!

for my two cents, i'd follow the lines of the hood similar to red hot but flare out as line of hood flare out going back to winshield, then mirrors in black & windshield banner in red. Not matter a head turner for sure.

I think I get what you mean, I'll give it a try on photoshop. Thanks!

My friends: be ready for some pics soon...
I have received a few to show me the progress of the work.
I brought them my car this morning and it took them a while to do the prep: wash car, remove decals, remove tail light covers, blow dry the car, remove mirrors, side SHOs, rear spoilers, do the taping repecting the concept photo I provided them and cover wheels and other parts to be kept in tuxedo black...
Then they gave 5 coats of red (hot step momma red!) metallic matte.
It looks freeking awesome I can't believe it!!!
They are still working on it as I write (they started around 10:30 this morning). I looks like they have been 2-3 people working on the car all day.
They wanted to finish the red and bake it overnight so that they can do the chrome black out tomorrow and have the car ready tomorrow night... Maybe just the chrome in the bottom of the side windows will have to be done later to make sure it won't affect the freshly painted red on the doors...
I'll try to show pictures tomorrow (I am with my iphone without tapatalk so I can't upload any pics unless from a computer).
I think, like me, you'll be impressed of the result, especially considering it is plastidip!

It is baked. It gives the dip a smoother finish. It is rare to have painters using plastidip that have access to a booth. The time and temperature remain a secret I was told ;)
I talked to the guy again a few minutes ago and after a long day, they will put back the parts. They will pait in red the waffle portion of the side vents and in black the SHO letters and chrome around.
They may black out the chrome of the front grills, but they prefer to wait a few days before blacking out the chrome that touches the red...
They are very professional and know their stuff.
