Group buy gauging interest

So note this is the work of another forum member my body shop guy would just be replicating it. For those who are less DIY I can get these done for 250+ your grill it would be color matched. Tommyz was apparently charging close to 700 for something similar. Id need 100 dollar deposit from each person and there color code. I can try to find a OEM grill at a pick and pull for u for a small fee

So I after talking to bpd it looks like for upper grill including sourcing your own it's about in line with what Tommy z sold his uppers for sorry for any misconception. One thing is I have done lots of work with this guy and he follows through. He said lead time from when he gets the grill and deposit is one week per grill here is some of his work on my old car

Awesome sauce.

I hope for those of you that may have been desiring the mesh grilles, and we're disappointed with any lack of follow through from TommyZ,  that this latest offering will fill that void, or scratch that itch.

Good luck to all interested parties, and Usmcsho for performing the necessary research, and acting as a conduit to help out our fellow SHO owners.

I do wish you well for the group buy, just realize that you are a relatively new member here, and people will necessarily approach this group buy with due caution.

The vendor must be reputable, as we have been through unpleasant experiences with custom fabricators before.

Hello.  Just have a few questions.  So, this is $250 if I provide my own upper grille, correct?  I'm assuming the center section is being removed, then the perimeter is sanded and painted to color match (included).  Additionally, since not mentioned, I'm assuming shipping each way is my cost?

Also, any specifics on the mesh, such as material, size/shape of holes, color, etc.?

I've got a spare grille that my intention was to do the custom work myself, just haven't got around to it.  Might be interested depending on a few more specifics.

Correct this is paint to match so I'll need your color code. So it's 250 +shipping
