Earlier (Hotter) is better than later. If you leave the track at 7, you can make it home by 7:20. (If you are still living east of the 605). I had 6 runs by 7PM last week. If it happens, it happens. May see you there. Just don't miss your meeting. I should get there sometime around 5, probably a little later, depends on traffic on the 10 from downtown.
