Glad they took care of you, JimiJak!  That is a really odd thing to happen with the battery ...  Bet that was causing the steering to go out too, seeing as how it's an electric unit.

Seems like an isolated incident...you'll have that. Better to happen now than in 36 months when all this new stuff isn't free anymore!

The last of the parts showed up today. They at least gave me a 14 escape to drive this time. Haha
They're thinking I'll have it back in my garage early Friday.

Thanks, but I'm a divorced parent of three boys...this XSport issue is the least of my patience-trying-worries. Haha

Can't wait to get going on it though...parts keep showing up and I can't do anything with them. Lol

It's funny, the more time I spend on this site, the less I want to tell anyone else about it. 

On the one hand; I want to spread this around and share it to get more people, interest, and information to help grow info exchange and mods...but on the other hand, I want to protect a good thing and keep it untainted. lol
