Aren't they the same PID? The formula was different/better and I've been using it but I wasn't aware they were any different other than that? KR is 2203ec...what are you using for cylinder 1 correction?
Okay got it. It's the same thing then. What I mean is the PID is identical (2203EC). That is the file I used to add to my original post a few weeks ago. The formula however as you've discovered provides more resolution to a tenth of a degree. They just call it "ignition correction cylinder 1" instead of Knock Retard. The only reason the positive and negative are different is because of the formula as well. (the negative in the denominator) I would actually recommend that everyone use this new formula (it's in the file already on the first post of the Torque PID 2 thread) as it is indeed more accurate - although it takes some getting used to with the positive/negative switch. That said if you are still using the old formula you will be in the ball park as a few tenths won't make a difference in the real world.
