I did a Battery relearn procedure the past weekend and the car feels so much better!!

So 12.8... not bad... got one run left... it’s got at least a 12.7 in it....

DA was around 1400ish

Car 7107: SHO Non-PP with GH 93 Tune, TS, Plugs, HR Springs, 3BAR

Car 443: SHO PP with LMS remote E30, TS, AIraid, 3BAR, Firestorm HPFP.

Edit: The LMS E30 and 93 tune run the same spark/boost and load. The only difference I can tell is they adjust the fueling so the trims are in line. I have datalogged both.

I’m really torn on this....

First and foremost there is a major difference in how the 2010 and the 2016 felt off the line... two different animals. Confirmed with BamSHO on this..

The 2010 felt much less refined at launch where as the 2016 was so smooth it’s hard to get a feel for what’s happening such as wheel spin etc..

I know in cooler weather and more practice launching, this car has a 12.6 in it if not better... DPs, exhaust, and suspension SHOULD net I would think 12.4’s in good conditions...

This LMS E30 tune is conservative to say the least but it is safe. I’m actually pretty confident I would get similar times with their V11 93 Performance tune based on what I am seeing in the logs..

12.799 should be a solid number but coming from a low 12 SHO to a 12.799 is tough.

BUT having an E30 tune or V11 tune that I can run all year without worrying about fuel is a plus...

Set my goals to have a set and forget mid 12 second sho... I think I’m there in spring/fall/winter lol... sometimes setting a goal and hitting it just leaves you wanting more...

This is the point where me myself and I need to get together and have serious negotiations LOL.  Are you looking for performance solely for track purposes or do you believe your DD should embody that?  Maybe you should go the way of brucelinc and get a new gen auto Mustang?

I think BJ should set his sights on even bigger challenges and get himself a Fiesta ST, yes the FIESTA, & retro a 3.5L EB into that, & then let's see him hurdle that down the 1/4.

I think the 3.5 is as big as the fiesta once you add the drivetrain...

On a serious note though, 'gratz on your 12.7.

Any faster you would be having to re-inspect that paint repair at the top of your fender for more flaking. Yikes.
