Wow!  Looks like mother nature wanted a barber pole.  Is it on your property?
Not on my property, this was at a school in peninsula I was working at today.
The lighting strike caused all kind of problems on their fire alarm panel.

Ha yeah this nasty storm surge was rolling in as I was leaving work (over in Middleburg Heights) and started seeing the lightning strikes. I saw when clearly one of those bolts hit the ground, well this definitely shows its target location since I cut through Parma to head back to my residence of stay.

Then of course the flash rain fall came in, completely drenching the roads. I decided to leave my MKZ at the dealership since its just waiting for some replacement parts and knew the heavy rain was going to cause a big mess on the roads. Already saw a few accidents due to loss of control via hydroplaning.

Hopefully everyone is unscathed from mother nature's path and mother-in-law's,[truly stay safe].  Z

Some flooded roads here in the CHI-Town 'burbs, several trees down, but otherwise, so far, so good.

More rain expected this coming week. Fun fun fun..... just glad my multiple award winning SHO, has been parked & tucked away comfortably in the garage and out of/away from, Mother Nature's fury.

So what do you drive, when not out and about in your SHO, bpd?
Mostly another Taurus..... lol

Really depends on which of the other three cars are available at any given time there Manu.

The kids can be pesky at times, with each of their own schedules and blossoming social lives, work, school, etc.

But they all know that when the weather is going to be craptastic,  that Daddy's baby remains housed in the garage, and safe from the elements.

And ...... short of a direct hit from a tornado there Z ...... (jinx?) ...... all those trophies, plaques, etc. will also remain equally as safe.
