Listen, I could care less how good a sales person he was.. The vital info you are missing I CAN GLADLY EMAIL TO YOU.  That info is as follows:

1. I contacted him prior to my purchase (can post it here if you wish) and ask, DO YOU HAVE THESE MADE AND READY TO SHIP?  his answer...YES.

2. I paid for the item instantly, so in my mind (call me crazy) your word that these are MADE AND already set to be shipped over rides your 5-6 days shipping listed with ebay. Now if you had said THESE HAVE TO BE MADE TO ORDER, then fine I WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE.

3. IF YOU CANT OR DONT wish to send them out in a timely fashion, KEEP YOUR WORD AND REFUND me  as promised and we both move on.

Now, you've stated your case WHOM EVER YOU MAY BE and ive stated mine. Hard fact is, the guy cut communication, did not send item nor did he issue a refund... Now, if you'd LIKE TO REFUND ME ON HIS BEHALF im cool with that.

He did say "I make these to order" in the listing ... but I can see your point.

EDIT:  I still think he is within his EBay listing's shipping timeframe.  Even if they are ready to ship (meaning made AND/OR packaged), they still have to get to the shipper (UPS/FedEx/etc.).

I read his ad, ive been a ebay user for over 12 years...  Hence the reason I CONTACTED HIM PRIOR TO PURCHASE, to find out is these had to be made or IF THEY WERE ALREADY DONE?... In short, clearly he lied to get paid.

His words (not mine) I have them already made (look at his note he posted here) and I will ship it out AS SOON AS YOU PAY.  (this is not something im making up, but can PROVE)

Regardless of his 5-6 day delay, If u tell me they are READY to be shipped is it UN-REASONABLE to assume 24-48 hours is time enough to visit UPS? 

I say this to you,, FOR EVERY MAN OUT OF BUSINESS THERE IS USUALLY a reason for it.......that can be linked back to him MIS-HANDLING his business.

C42, I strongly suggest you tone it down immediately.

Of your 16 posts on this forum 14 of them have been personal attacks against NESHO and his product.

Instead of using the forum as a mean to reach out to its members and help mediate your situation, you used our forum to personally attack a fellow member of our community.

I see you continued the attack on EBAY.

The terms were clearly posted on the listing. You started in on him here before the agreement had been breached.

Just because your mind says it should be a certain way doesn't mean it is.

Here is a newsflash...your mind doesn't override the contract you agreed to when you click the buy button.

You didn't even allow him to breach the terms of the contract before you started attacking him.

Now you are getting hostile with our members which I am not going to put up with.

I suggest you take a deep breath before continuing down this path, and that goes for some other folks chiming in on this thread.

Understood... Terrible situation... appreciate the heads up.  To try and fix it I'd suggest you see if eBay or PayPal offered you buyers security and file a complaint to get your $ back....I've had good luk with them in the couple of bad deals I've made there in the last 12 or so years.

Nope, not failing to understand, not by a mile.  Simply trying to look at it from different angles as a neutral third party to this situation, seeing if I can make sense of it.  Clearly, there has been some miscommunication somewhere between customer & vendor, and I hope a mutually agreeable outcome can be reached.  EBay and what happens on EBay are not unknown to me, and usually it works out for the customer IME.

What I don't know, for example, is if he told you he is a trucker (earlier than the post in this thread, when you contacted prior to purchase), but those guys are on the road for days at a time.  So that 5 business days, I am assuming, is to allow for those times when the purchase is final, and he is not able to ship right away due to not being at the item's location.  Just guessing.

Wow,  I am sorry you had issues ordering from NESHO.  I can honestly say that i ordered and received mine in the time stated and the part was easy to install.  The  item is hand made and the workmanship is great.  I can not speak for my other two friends that order the same item, but they have not complained to me about time of delivery or quality or fit of part. So I am guessing they are happy also.

But take into account what seems to have escaped you is a simple yes or no would have sufficed when I asked the questions "are these already made and ready to be sent out"?  His answer, YES. If you pay now they will be sent out asap....

Now to your ebay remark, if you can see/read the conversation that took place at ebay that tells me a few things, 1 he's sent you the convo, 2) you're perhaps a pal of his or 3) you forgot there is 3 sides to everything..

I could see if it was a long delay of some sort, but this is just a couple days...within agreements terms regardless of what was said.

Could the communication have been better....probably on BOTH sides.

I say refund the money...part ways....call it over. Find part elsewhere that'll ship it instantly.

I just bought gaskets for downpipe install from Tasca. Paid my money with it being stated they were in stock...get email saying they're out and will take an extra 5-7 days. No big deal

I have zero affiliation with NESHO, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him based on the accounts of the membership here.

When you bring issues like this to a public forum, expect it to be aired out in public.

Once again "your mind" is letting you down.

I quite honestly have not seen this lack of respect and courtesy in a while now and truely find it very disturbing and unprofessional to say the least,the other day someone was trying to break into my car with a screwdriver and caused some minor damage to the paint,have a 500.00 deductible and surely was not bitching about the whole ordeal,its part of life so just deal with it and just let go,had members here getting into car accidents showed far better professionalism without the b*tch ass whining,if it wasnt for the deductible would of probably gave you the money to quit the ranting and whining and to just move on.
