New Mods coming

Ok guys and gals.. Quick update..

Here is a list of upcoming mods for my XSport.

-LMS catted downpipes preordered.. Should arrive by 4/1... Very happy about that.
-billet badges- raptor style badge 3.5L twin turbo. Black powder with graphite inner paint.
-RX catch can with clean side cap in metallic grey with black steel braided lines and fittings.
-gopro hero 3black edition with vehicle mount- I decided to do some track days..
-and last but not least...
          -I have a custom carbon fiber engine cover being produced as an OEM replacement.
            - going to have the back corner trimmed in advance to make room for hot pipes mod and also have some decals laid down under the clear coat...


Once I get this one back and I confirm quality, fit and function... I will be buying 10 more and I will make them available to those on the forum...whatever is left will go to ebay.

I don't know pricing yet, and I want to see the quality first. But I should have some pics in a week or two at most hopefully..

Thanks to bigmac for posting the cover needing to be trimmed for the hot pipe install.
This way it can be done in advance for the CF cover....hint hint... I really want a set of hot pipes.. Lol

Quite a list of new mods!…. hardly wait to see them on!
… BTW, very interested to see the CF engine cover!


 
I was going to order the PPE down pipes... And maybe this sounds dumb....
But since I am not mechanically inclined as soo many are on this site.... I really take a lot of comfort in knowing that the performance products on my truck are dialed in and driven daily by LMS.
I don't know how to trouble shoot really and I really wish I could have them install too. But I can't have everything..
Almost like its a proven, tested, "safe" performance package...
Just what makes me comfortable I guess...

I am excited for the catch can and would love some good news in reference to an XSport in Arizona for hot pipe mock up....I can't believe how hard it is to find an XSport in Arizona...ugh

I did my own engine cover & it's not by any stretch professional grade, I'm interested as well. By the way quite a list!!!

XSport engine cover is a little different  ..  OEM cover is Black with ecoboost on it  versus SHO  / ecoboost  lettering in white on the SHO .
I doubt the custom one he is talking about is for the SHO.
 
Nice set of upgrades, bmc!  Thank you for taking the lead on production of the engine cover :thumb:

Very Cool... Mike told me he had mine... As you know same hoses... Good choice!  I'm envious.

As you know BMC the one they are making for me is Black gloss filled and bead blasted raised area .
Where are you going to put it ?
Mine is going on the Engine Cover .

Original plan was back hatch where the ecoboost badge used to be.
But if it doesn't sit right or look right....
I'm going to have it molding into the carbon fiber engine cover too...
We will see how it works out..
