No Bluetooth connection

This started yesterday.  I have the latest version of Sync and an iPhone 6s with the latest iOS on it.  Neither have been updated in a few weeks.  My phone will no longer connect to the car.  I have done a master reset on Sync, reset all bluetooth settings on the car, did a network settings reset on my phone and rebooted the phone.  I also tested my phone and it connects to other bluetooth items with no issues.  I even deleted my phone from sync and sync from my phone.  Now when I go to add a device my car doesn't give me a pin to enter when connecting a device.  My car never finds my phone and my phone won't find my car.

Does anybody have any advice on something I have not tried so far?  My next step is to reinstall the newest version of Sync to from a flash driver and see if that fixes it.  Other than doing that my next guess would be to the dealership.

Did you try removing the negative terminal on the battery for about one minute, that will cause the APIM to reboot(bring up the sync maintenance screen).  Z

I will try that and see.  I'll do that before I try to reinstall it.

Thanks
