oil all in my intake ?? new engine / turbos & loosing patience with my 13 PP.

The front and rear hose/tube can be had for fairly cheap and would order them just in case your current ones don't fit or reach! Z
Number 11 & 12 needed! On Diagram below l
Did you happen to check for any codes?  Z

So basically you are thinking I need to update these parts like the TSB did ?

FWIW i looked at my 11' this morning and everything was identical to yours EXCEPT mine does not have the connector that's strapped to the oil separator in the above pic. not sure if that connector might be related to the pcv system or may be the CKCP sensor in question?

If that was the CKCP Sensor it would be by the front valve cover!
It looks like that strap was put there intentially to keep the wiring @ bay! IMO!
The PCV Valve alone looks beat-up and should be changed!  Z

Correct. I should have been more specific. Maybe that is the harness where the CKCP sensor connects to? That connector just stood out to me since i don't have it on my 11 although the pcv/oil separator system is the same as the OP's that he swapped over. Granted his is a 13' so there's probably and array of sensors that set them apart.

I could be totally off but my point being the OP should verify if he has the CKCP sensor or not to make sure all the components are working together in harmony since it's a bit of a Frankenstein.

@ Colorado-SHOBro that was my exact point from the beginning and appreciate you chiming in!  :)
The earlier version of the 2010MY Job 1 IIRC had a heated version PCV which worked as designed! As far as wiring goes! Z

My car, valve covers, and PCV everything is the same there's no Frankenstein. The only thing changed is the shortblock which came with the composite valve covers and a different PVC that we didn't use. I wanted to keep the aluminum valance covers and not mess with getting a different quick connect tube for the different PVC nipple location.

I guess basically I need to perform the TSB for my model year ??

Sound right ??

FWIW that harness/connector strapped next to the oil Sep goes on TOP of the manifold!  Highlighted in Red!
SHOdded is Spot on!!!  Check all the hose clamps from Top to Bottom to make sure there nice and tight! proceed with the TSB as mentioned earlier!
Best of luck!  Z

I guess it doesn't matter to have one aluminum and one composite valve cover ??? Other than looking goofy... I guess others have done this ??

How much are the hard intake pipes to replace ? Any other performance benefit to adding them ?

Thank you guys 👍🏼👍🏼

There are no gains to be had with the Hotpipes! just pure (eye candy) aesthetics!  Z

I found The bottom Hose from the front turbo to intercooler is the hardest part as you will need to gain access under the front drivers side cover!
The rest is pretty much straight forward and found starting from the rear turbo to be ideal!

Here are mine in Gloss Black !  Z

The main reason the hotpipes came into being was the loose clamps and split pipes with the OEM setup.  Then of course people want options lol.

How much are they and where should I get them from everything on my car as 133,000 miles on it except for the long block upgraded turbo's and torque converter. Maybe they are worth replacing at this point ??

That being said if one of my hoses, clamps or plastic pipes were leaking oil from the PCV issue wouldn't I also have a vacuum leak or
Boost leak?

So to clarify I guess it would be considered normal with that TSB  pERFORM to  have one aluminum and one composite Valve cover on the engine?

Ok cool yeah I got my upgrade turbo centers from him. I'll check it out. Damn wish I had just kept the composite valve covers that came on the longblock.....

Any concern oil puddles or pools inside the intercooler ?? It's bran new also. I'd think boost should push it ALL through to burn inside the engine ??

FYI, Mike is also doing a $100 off coupon special right now on Hotpipes, just announced today on the EPP Facebook page!
