One way solenoid?

So the only issue i have with this install was the pump being lower than the tank.  (picture).  Will I see gravity feeding issues causing flooding?

Should I place a one way solenoid in line with the tank?

the tank is as seen 1 foot above the pump  then the lines run into the spare wheel area and under the car,  then UP about 2 feet to the collar where the nozzle is.

I also think i am going to re-orientate the pump to a standing position in the same place.

i think trunk mount requires a solenoid im not sure where the placement would be. your nozzle holder has a check valve, not sure about crack pressure on the snow one. solenoid is supposed to be on the pressure side i thought.

Ahhh if there is a check valve I am much less concerned.  I will call snow and see what they think.

I would definitely put in a one way solenoid, the closer to the nozzle the better.  The pump may have a check valve, but I believe the vacuum from the intake can still draw some of the meth/water that's in the line.  On my old SHO I had a trunk mounted setup with the Snow pump, once I added the solenoid I noticed an improvement in the amount of meth I was going through.

Did you have any issues with major flooding ?

I did not have any issues with flooding.  Just seemed like the vacuum would pull the meth that was sitting in the line, noticed better meth consumption once the solenoid was installed.
