Its confusing trying to figure out what everyone is running with comparative upgrades.  We have a stock thread going. What did you run tune only?

Here is mine

Not sure how you guys are running so quick. My best was 13.2 ( unleashed 93 boost tune, 3 bar, plugs, 170 stat, K&N panel)

Do you know what your track DA was for that day?
I ran 13.1 @105 with Torrie 93, 3 bar with k&n panel.
With a corrected DA, drag times calculated a 12.8 @108

Never mind , just calculated your DA for NE drag way for the date and time on your time slip.  You were -227 DA.......
Yes your DA was negative for that night. So your times  were not  hindered by DA.
I would try to do some data logging for Torrie ,  it would seem there is untapped power still available.

How many miles on your SHO?  What rpm were you launching at?  Was the track well-prepped/people setting new PB times?

My best so far is 12.86 @ 106.9.  Temps in the 50's.  Running LMS 4X 3bar, 160 tstat, sealed Airaid, homemade ram air, Dyno max mufflers.  I think she will run faster on a better track.

About a year ago I ran 12.86 with just a tune from LMS. My best time to date is 12.68 Friday night at a track I normally dont use. I'm expecting a 12.5 once I hit one of my two home tracks in a few weeks.

Jcam- you dont have the PP so your going to lose a little there due to the gearing. Are you launching at idle or at 2000-2500rpm? I launch hard above 2000 in sport mode. My best 60ft to date is a 1.78. Weather has a lot to do with it also. You want cool air and low humidity if you can get it.

Update....12.54 ....guys were saying DA was 1500...we had to wait for the track to be dried off from rain too

Does 2 gallons of corn to combat winter blend disqualify me? 3bar is tune only still as it doesn't add hp right.

pretty cool to see LMS guys drinking the corn juice now.

For the longest time LMS guys repeated there talking points about how it wasn't safe and our cars could not handle it.

Congrats on the time.

Thanks. When I mentioned the 2 gallon venture to the non technical guys from Livernois and a few racers at the track to counter winter fuel, the Livernois guys thought it was a nifty way to counter and the racers did a face palm not realizing winter gas was here.

^^Thats interesting. I have also been running corn in mine for a couple months now as well, and even increased because of the winter blends. I had recently emailed LMS about this to see if they would maybe even adjust my tune for it or anything along those lines and all they replied was that they don't support it.
Maybe the tides will start to turn because of this :D

Mind you, these were some of the non technical guys I was speaking with at the track at this time. Some great results though. Last time I ran a 12.66 with a boost leak, so I really don't know if or how much the corn helped. It did run smoother with 0 knock though. That's awesome in my book.
