I know tuning may affect things... but Ford says exhaust temps shouldn't be more that about 1700 degrees... makes me question the info...I don't monitor mine, but my hand has told me different.... Tried searching this with no results.  Do you think the turbo's can transfer that much heat to the charge air?

I didn't have these readings until the sideways at 70 mph on the freeway last weekend. Now after car warms this pops up. If I stop at a light for at least 10 seconds it will drop to a normal reading. As I pull away from being stopped it instantly shoots  up. Not a gradual move, instantly to the 1300 range. I've been monitoring it since day 1 and this is the first sign of it.

I would say it's a bit cold here this morning....The SHO does not like that I have him out and about in this stuff. Air temp on Nav screen said -6 and Ambient on Torque ready -11.2......

I sure will ...  hope weather is good though . 40% chance for rain in the forecast
Can't wait to see it! One of my close buddies works at Chrysler and is a huge Mopar guy now, so this stuff will be something cool to share with him.

He owned the fastest car I've ever driven, 89 notch back mustang completely built with supercharger. Him and his wife owned at least 5 different Mustangs and were all about Ford. Then he started at Chrysler. I get on him about being a traitor all the time.

for all us air poor sho/mks folks ,dodge showed the way, almost the whole drivers side turn signal light is hollowed out to give max air in. it tunnels into an air box that supposedly catches any moisture & falls to bottom of the box & only air goes through filter. but when washing got to have a plug to plug the hole. & the amazing thing 3yr/36 mo warranty with tunes built in & available on touch screen & don't affect warranty. as i remember article both had the 8 speed auto, paddle shifting them @6200 rpm.

Get a chance to look at the sensor if it's staying clean?
No. :-[ I havent yet. Didnt even look into where the sensor is. Still haven't put the wipers on it either. Maintenance to the truck was done, being the work horse now. With it being below zero today, cac temps crazy again....
