I am ordering the intake on Monday, wish me luck!
I'm also sourcing a stock fuel tank with fuel pumps so I can look into a single or double fuel pump upgrade.

Won't you have to set up a returnable fuel system for the non-DI injectors?

You might want to talk with Squash Performance, Walbro or Lonnies as to what you will need to use their pumps (which would have adequate capacity) with the two types of injectors.  Another guy who is very informed is Greg @ Pace Performance.  He has a G8 GXP with a supercharger and has found the Caddy -V dual fuel pump works great in their applications, but fitment may be an issue.  Fuel delivery has been a big issue for heavily modded G8's with turbos or superchargers.

Thanks for the info Bob. As far as the port fuel injection that is already a returnless setup stock, I'm hoping I can feed both but we'll see!

What system/fuel pump does the Shelby 500 Mustang use?  Would that fit our tanks if it is also returnless?  Guess a BAP should be able to increase volume by 50% at least in theory.  Might be a cheaper alternative if it would provide you with the fuel volume you will need.

You maybe on the cusp of to much power for the DI. That said it has supplied enough fuel for everybody so far. I for one underestimated it... Really didnt think it had enough for 400+ wheel HP and 500+ wheel TQ but it had done it.

I know EBB has mentioned this previously, what about a boost a pump from kenne bell? Not enough?

The fuel tank fuel pump is easily accessible under the passenger side middle seat thru an access door.  All you have to do is pull the carpeting.  You will need a big allen socket to remove seat belt bolt.
Believe fuel pump just twists out.  Am assuming you have manuals for your Brick.  If not, Torrie can help you, or I could as I have the complete 2010 manuals including the electrical. He just knows where to look, where it takes me time to find things. What type of fuel pump does Supercharged Shelby Mustang use? Thinking Ford might standardize the tank pump install.

The plastic manifolds should be fine to run boost on, if there's a problem then I'll start boost leaking and I'll be out $250 and I'll go another path.
Boost a pump won't be enough to get to where I want to be which is 500WHP with the new turbos and E85.
The reason for the new intake manifold is to do port fuel injection in combination with DI to overcome the deficiencies of the stock system in high boost scenario. 99% of the time when driving around the DI system is enough, when I got WOT is when the additional injections will kick in. As an easy way out I could just put a pair of injectors in the intake tube prior to TB and be done like this:

The reason why I'm looking at the mustang intake is I can do an injector per cylinder instead of just injecting prior to the TB and possibly having one of the cylinders go lean. This has happenned to people before doing large shots of nitrous, that's why the big boys do port injection setups.
