Since no one has shown any interest and i still have no future plans for these pipes, price is being reduced:
New pricing for delivery to anywhere CONUS is $500. PM me if interested.
For Sale:
1 set of LMS Cat'd DownPipes. These are slightly used (~5k miles on them).
I am selling due to them not being able to pass Mass emissions testing. This is a set from early 2013, which requires a LMS tune to delete the rear O2 sensors from the OBD system. Massachusetts tests for OBD readiness for the annual emissions inspection and i do not want to swap these on an annual basis. The Cat's used on these earlier LMS pipes will throw a CEL if the rear O2 is not deleted from the system.
Other states have different Emissions Inspections regulations that may or may-not utilize similar methods of testing. I am not guaranteeing that these will pass Emissions for every state in the US. If you buy these pipes, you will need to contact LMS for a new tune file.
I am selling these pipes as-is. Due to my turbo configuration (apparently a 1-in-25 rarity according to LMS), the orientation of these pipes did not line up exactly according to the weld jig used at LMS. This caused a pipe pinch when run underneath the frame rail where the two pipes run together. I heated the pipes with a torch to try and bend/align them to a proper fit on my 2013 SHO. In the Picasaweb link provided, you can see a slight burn hole on the rear turbo DP. I am including a Permatex patch repair kit with these pipes if needed. I ran them without a patch repair kit and noticed no noise from the pin-hole size burnthrough, but some may find argument with the hole being there.
Newer Cat'd pipes from LMS (that will pass emissions) are around$800 w/o shipping. I am asking $650 but I am willing to negotiate.
Serious offers only. The $650 does not include shipping from Rutland, MA.
