Seeking opinions

Look at how many foreign car manufacture company like the flower look, that they have a simulator look. I'm looking to get a close matching look for our Fusion, to match our SHO.

255 40 20 and 255 45 20 are the same width....what are you talking about?

I'm sure you find it hard to believe, but I doubt you know everything.

according to 1010tires a 255 45 r20 can safely handle a max wheel width of 9.5 inches, while a 255 40r20 has a maximum of 10 inches.

a tech told me that aspect ratio becomes a concern with certain tire sizes, the taller the tire the narrower the effective 'safe' width.

Simply was asking what you were referring to when stating that 2 tires with the same section width of 255 millimeters were a different width. No biggie

Yes I'm aware that when a tire of the same width is mounted on a different width wheel then actual tire width will change after being mounted.

But...The tire's nominal width is the same....That's what the 255 is

I have the stock PP  flowers  with stock 255-45-20 tires. I want to run either 275-50-20 or 275-45-20 or 275-40-20 are any one combo possible on stock rim, same size front and back?
