I have only bought 1 new car in my life.because of the depreciation. Buying a 1 year old car can save minimum 20% and it won't drop another 10% when you dive off lot.

Buyers MUST remember, a dealer wants to sella car MORE than you want to buy a car. Goes for new or used. Keep that in mind. For used, patience and homework ar keys.

99% of cars definitely shouldn't be viewed as any sort of investment, that's for sure.

I ordered mine and the deprecation doesnt matter to me. I plain to keep it till it dies.I maintain all my cars and they last a long time. I find it hard to sell a car I buy. Its because I dont buy what I dont want. I did however sell my 59 chevy truck last month. I had it for about 20 years and it was a good truck but needed to be restored and I didnt have the place to do it so I sold it to a guy who seemed like he would do that.
