Now just worried about the little thin ends coming off during a wash or if I go through the touch less wash if I'm feeling lazy.

I don't go through automatic washes, always hand wash my baby.

However, a suggestion if your worried about those end tips.....

Consider placing a small piece of Scotch tape on the ends, prior to going through the wash.

When completely done. Simply remove them. Be sure when peeling the Scotch tape away, that you peel from the rear of the engine hood, towards the front of the car.

Wallah! All safe & sound.

On the car shot,  have to out do bpd, which means models for some eye candy & remember it they are touching the car that's bad

A bevy of models touching the car being bad, is debatable......

Especially from my perspective only, knowing it wasn't just their hands that were making contact with my baby's painted panels.

Oh my! But I can't post those. LOL.
I hand wash 99% of the time lol. Only auto wash I use if I'm feeling lazy or if I went to the beach is a new touch less wash by me. Pretty nice actually.

Better yet... I never let anyone except my detail guy wash the girl, other than me.  We do not touch the car during the wash at all.. including blow-dry with the megablaster. No rub=no spider scratches (or worse)
The adhesive tape is a good tip... but I have charcoal Lamin-X film on my TLs... no problems at 3100 psi wash/rinse and it is applied on complex curved surface.

Scotch tape, to the rescue yet again, Mike!  Inspired by a recent trip to a Tilted Kilt perchance?

Pretty girls, skimpily dressed, are ALWAYS inspirational!

ALWAYS!  :smoke:
