Surgery Update

Glad your feeling better.  Keep the extra "happy" pills around, never know when you might need them.  Best wishes.

Depending on the mood I'm a fan of Strongbow, Angry Orchard, or Woodchuck myself

You guys ought to start up a Bluegrass Band!  (Just kidding)

Had Angry Orchard Sunday for lunch...

I drink whatever's available.  In England several years ago we got some that was 9% and had a silver cover like a wine bottle... WAS SMOOTH... MAN!!! and hit you like a rock!!!!  GRRRRRR8!!!

I have sensation all along that right side, so it appears the surgeon was able to apply his talents & work his magic, w/o any detrimental side effects.

I hope he explains more of what took place (at my post-op follow up appt) as I don't recall much of what he explained the day of the procedure.

A sigh of relief would be an understatement.

That's great on the full feeling issue.  My son has permanent numbness, not complete loss of feeling but as he put it... If he gets "decked" by someone, it won't hurt quite as much...  Otherwise doesn't notice it unless he touches both sides of his face and gets different messages.

Some days, I want to test his theory!

good to see that its a quick road to recovery Mike!  As my Grandmother told me once...  Getting old ain't for the week!  lol!!!

Heal quick Mike!! You need to write a "How To" on the turbo installs... :alkashi:

I would love to (write a "How-To" on the turbo install.....

Not sure if that's going to become a reality though, as I am expected to be released back to work Monday (and I am on shift Monday/Tuesday night).

Likewise, i'm slated to drop my car off Monday afternoon at my mechanic friend's shop, right after my post-op follow up appt. But prior to heading to work.

So I may be around to help with some aspects of the turbo install, but not all of it..... so in other words, don't hold your breath.
