tint question

I am tinting my Windows tomorrow on my candy red sho but am unsure what percentage would look best. Any ideas? Do you tint YouR front windshield as well?

I once did a windshield... never again.  The darker tint film usually have a metallic particle in them that reflects terribly at night. can't see....
I'd do the rest limo tint (70%  or more (as dark as my taillights... se my thread for pics... they look black period )  That's how I did mine.  seeing out the back in the dark is tough, but the camera makes it a non-issue.  Be aware, this tint could result in a ticket

I think the darker the better. I put 15% all around. In IL. the legal limit is 35% all windows. So you need to decide if you what to stay legal or go dark and look good.
5%= Limo/ very dark
50+%= very light

I went with 50% (legal) on mine, sides and back.  I just wanted to take the edge off the clear and do not care for the blacked out look. I didn't do the windshield but Fire Guys will do it if you want to.

I kind of want it the same as my Hyundai but don't know what percentage it is as I bought it like that here's a pic

Take it by the tint shop. they could tell you.

Look into 3M Crystalline film (70 should be fine), also Suntek Carbon XP and AirBlue 80.  These are some of the recommended tint solutions on the Edge site.

Very nice!  When did you have it applied, and how do you think it is holding up?
I just got it done today so I cannot really say how it is holding up. It is film by Suntek. I will def let you guys know how it holds up over time.

Good choice! Suntek produces excellent films... Before doing my SHO I checked it out with a neighbor whose entire living is made tinting vehicle windows and wrapping entire cars, busses, Trucks et.c  You won't be disappointed.

I have legal in colorado and that i think is 20% got it free with my car because of them having the car out of fuel and the fuel pump issue..aka the recall. Which delaided my delivery date by a 5 days

Ya its perfect in the day time... but my problem at night with the dark tint is if driving agressive is finding the corner when making sharp turn...making sure i do not hit the curb lol
