Tiny "bling" mod

It's no biggie, but I did this a couple of weeks ago and every time I get in the car it still hits me well, so I guess it's a keeper.

I pulled off the two small SHO's badges off the quarter window area because with the front fender vent SHO's they seemed a bit redundant. I added one of the removed to the center stack, then removed the really small SHO from above the glove box as two SHO's on the dash seemed too much. All in all I think it's an improvement and you can't beat the price. I have not seen this done before so I thought I'd share in case it looks good to someone else as well. I'm thinking of adding the remaining SHO emblem to the lower left (blacked out) razor bar when the weather warms up a bit. I held it in position there and it seems a good fit. I think the grill needs some SHO badging. I also removed the ecoboost badge on the trunk as I never warmed up to it. I'll have to find something I like better for that spot.

Looks great there Larry.  I have an Ecoboost/AWD emblem there.  I took the "C" pillar ornaments off too with the SHO fender ornaments.  So, I have two of those smaller ones.  Been thinking if/how I can use them.  I was thinking maybe interior doors but haven't found a good spot. I'd like to see what you do with the grill.

I'm sure most of you have seen this, but here is the custom plate I added shortly after getting the car:

Larry... It's more than small it's a very cool personal touch... I love it!  It lets us know you really love your ride!

Thanks BiGMaC. You're right I do love this car. For the last 2 years and 35K miles it has made everyday driving fun in a lot of different ways. In fact I haven't enjoyed a car so much since I was a kid.  Best car I've ever owned!

does the 2010 have the SHO badge above the glove box too ?

Yes it does. When I added the bolder badge in the center stack, I removed the smaller over the glovebox one.

Larry, if you posted this already, sorry I missed it, but where did you get the emblem you used in the center stack?  Again, I really like the look of it, and sorry if I missed it.

No prob Mark. I de-badged the rear quarter windows. That gave me two that were looking for a better home. One I transplanted to the stack, and I'm pretty sure I've found a spot on my blacked out grille for the other.
