Good kill, but I think that is an LT1 car.  94-97.  98- have a much smoother front end, and different style pop up headlights.

Yeah it's definitely that older one--it didn't have rounded type pop ups that the new Trans Am had.

It was fun--for how heavy my car is LOL.

My buddy has a Mach 1 that does like 12.1; he's building a new block with more boost--eager to see what he runs this year.

Got my bonus from work. Valentines day gift is in the order cart ready to go, soon as i get confirmation from LMS they have a canned tune for 2013's for the alky control kit it will be ordered and otw. Poor T/A isnt gonna know what hit him :devil:

Although he now has his car fixed he put OEM axles back in and upgraded his ring gear to 4:10's. I reckon he'll be good for low 8's in the 8th. Im hoping the meth will kick my 8.1-8.2 into the high 7's maybe.

It is the DRs that's the deal breaker. And what gives him the biggest advantage, IMO. That is ridiculous. Make him run street tires.

BTW, OP, you must the guy at Kennedale whom I've heard about on mazda6club from a local. He thought it was me.
He runs a Volocity Red Mazdaspeed6. Race him next time you're there. He just added a bunch of mods to his car.
