Tube ?

Anyone know what the tube does that goes from the front of the motor to the rear - looks turbo related but it is plastic, about 1.5 inches around and the front has a flexable hose that does a 90 degree turn to the rear.

All of the larger diameter plastic/rubber hose/tubes are air intake, intercooler or turbo related.

  I found oil in the tube - when I took the radiator like hose off the hard plastic on the top. Just trying to figure out why there is oil in this tube.
About 2k miles ago I had the dealer replace the rear turbo for an outside oil leak.

How's your air filter look? Dirty/clogged filter will help oil it up.

The air filter is an AirAid - couple of months old - not to bad.

Oil is either blow-by from turbo seals or pcv residue from being recirculated through the intake. It's pretty common. I have the same issue. It is a little better now that I installed an oil catch can.
