Maybe its not clear enough on the pic (after all I did use my phone) but the pin out is as follows:

Pin 1 CBK02 (GN / GREEN) 20 FUSE - 2 OR CIRCUIT BREAKER (VPWR) 

Pin 2 CE114 (GN-BU / GREEN/BLUE) 20 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION (EVAP) CANISTER VENT VALVE (CANV)

I would also check fuse 67 on the BJB (Battery Junction Box) to see if its blown or not.  That's where the power comes from.
