Good Info!  Thanks for posting.  I'm sure we all shop online a lot.
Perhaps a single thread with this kind of link for services and info.  Just description and link without discussion. 
One thought is about keeping them updated... Dunno how this would work.

Don't want to be overly negative but I'd imagine filing any claim is a waste of time/effort.  I can't gift wrap a case to them and lately they won't touch a case unless its over one million in losses.  I'd be surprised if anyone even opened the emails.

Well, don't forget you can also file claims with the post office and your local PD.  Don't be afraid to hold people accountable otherwise they will take someone elses money.

I bought a set of wheels off a guy on the Fusion forum once.  After a couple weeks, still no tracking number.  I filed with PayPal.  He told me he'd send them when I removed the claim.  LOL  I ended up calling HIS local PD.  They called him.  Later that night, he refunded the money. It was a long shot but it worked.
