Weird question....

I have the heated and cooled seats, and with the heat wave we had a couple weeks ago I realized that my seat backs don't get cool.  I would have bet my life on the fact that they did when I first got the car.  I took my car to what I thought was a good ford dealership (after trying 9 in my area) and they told me Ford doesn't put heating/cooling elements in the seat backs?

Am I just going nuts?

In my 2010 the rear only have a heat button on the rear of the center console
That is correct but the front seats are heated and cooled with the multi-contour seats...not sure about the standard seats.

In my 13 the cooling is more in the seat bottom than the back.
Let me rephrase that..mine are more cooling in the seat bottom but I can feel it on my back...so maybe it is just that it is air blowing from the bottom of the seat..

You don't mention what year your SHO is so I'll assume it's a 2011.  For the 2011 model year, the climate controlled seats have one TED in the seat bottom cushion and one in the seat back for both the driver and passenger seats.

In my 2010, My seat backs have them, but the seat bottoms blow stronger. I would also check the fart filter on the bottom of the seat, make sure it is relatively clean.
