Also, the lower price point of Unleashed is better for me as my pockets aren't very deep. Im just starting small here, not looking to dump a boatload of money into my car at one time. I have deep respect for all of your cars regardless of tune and options. I didn't want to start an argument here, no need to bash others cars and tunes. I was just looking for some pros and cons between Unleashed and LMS and ask some questions. I see that a lot of you have 3 bar MAPs, whats the advantage of it vs the stock one? How hard is it/how much $$ would it be to install the 170 t-stat? Currently (stock) my cars coolant temp runs between 190 and 200 degrees and get up to 212 in the city, so I see the benefit of keeping it cooler, especially in Florida.

Like you I was a bit hesitant to spend massive amounts of money I still had a few payments on. The LMS tune, I caught on sale. I bought new from LMS the MyCal tuner, 4 tune files, Airaid CAI, colder plugs, and 170 thermostat for $600. Was awesome deal for me. Especially since Christmas time and money was tight. If in no rush, maybe roll the dice and see if they have another sale as that one!

We have never been against datalogging, we are against data logging the wrong parameters, and this is what happens today on every logging system out there. At the end of the day it's great that there are multiple options, we just have a philosophical difference on how we develop and tune vehicles.
We spend the time here with our own cars, developing all of the tunes for every strategy code in house, and then sending them out. The difference is that someone can be sitting on their couch while we are doing the dirty work for them.

Agreed. And then my next question would be how many of those fastest E.T.'s live close enough to LMS to have been dyno tuned and not just use the canned tune you get via email.

Who exactly is writing this garbage , is it Anthony ?
A TRULY superior product or service will stand on its own merits and a true salesman wins customers based on the above .
It is HIGHLY unprofessional to use scaremongering tactics that LMS so frequently uses to try to demonize the competetion .
A true salesman NEVER speaks negatively about the competition but instead will emphasize what makes there product more beneficial or a superior option for the customer .
This is piss poor sales tactics to say the least .
LMS , where is your proof that data logging is dangerous and if according to you the devices are using the wrong parameters ; then what are the right ones ?
You at LMS may have a few more vehicles than Torrie at Unleashed does but I guess that you discount the fact that he does own a Taurus SHO , a Foucus ST and a Dodge Viper ..... all of which are tuned by him .
Its funny that I've never seen a post were he disses any competitor in any way ....

what all is done to your SHO ?
we need to meet at the track mine is a LMS tune only and settle this debate ha ha
oh wait you don't have the performance package......lol
When I got my LMS tune I didn't know about Unleashed. That being said I have had exellent customer service and a good experience with LMS tunes especially their latest tune revision for my '13. However for the price and closeness to Unleashed I'd go there and get a dyno tune. I mean that is truly the best way to go in my opinion. Some will debate datalogging I guess but dyno tunes have always done me perfect, and I guess if you have the time / desire to datalog then you could. Enjoy.
by the way did I mention I got a 4 wheel drift in my SHO yesterday on dry pavement from a complete stop with new 255 tires onstomped it turning right woo - hoo !

We spend the time here with our own cars, developing all of the tunes for every strategy code in house, and then sending them out. This ensures the highest level of quality control out there and makes certain there is no need for logging. Does this mean that there aren't updates? Of course not, even FoMoCo releases numerous updates for car's and their calibrations just as we do, the difference is that someone can be sitting on their couch while we are doing the dirty work for them.
