When will I get my tune?

I emailed my strategy code and necessary info to LMS a week ago. No reply yet. How long should I expect to wait for my tune files?

I would think 24 hours but that's just me....
I've be on the phone and calling every day until I got it.

The tuner will download the stock file to the device when you install the new tune.

if you are using an SCT device this may help http://www.sctflash.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=39      If you are using LMS's mycaliber device I am unsure how to go about that. For that possibly someone else can chime in.

Remove the SD Card from the device (found on lower right hand side if you're looking at face of device) then pop it into an SD Card reader on your laptop, then prompt yourself through the folders and save the stock file to your laptop's hard drive.
