I'd look at rock auto first. If you have the plastic blanks installed you would have to take those out first and put in the fog housing. I would also want to make sure you have the harness already present. I bet you do since they use a master harness and they just plug in the accessories to it. Once you have all that done then you can get creative with the bulb to get that nice look you are looking for. I have a 2015 and mine had a simple round fog light. I just got new LED fog lights from the retrofit source that dropped right in and were plug and play. Good luck.
