Anyone have a spare SCT laying around they can send him? If I had one I'd send it to you so I could look at a datalog and see what's going on. Or just give Torrie some love and he would let you know.

I'm pretty fed up at this point. I bought the plugs from LMS & checked the gap to make sure they were at .030... most of them were .030 - .031. They said the could have been damaged in shipping or dropped which would "cause them to be off". I paid $90.00 for these things. WRAP THEM IN BUBBLE WRAP.
They give you 5 tune files when you get the LMS device. Stock, 91 2bar, 93 2bar, 91 3abr, 93 3bar. The stock ran alright... I threw a CEL after about 10 miles of driving and had some weird shifts / hesitation between gears.11BLKFX4EB said:So what happened when you went back to stock? Did you drive it at all? I can understand your frustration, I had a similar experience to yours not too long ago. If you get a Bluetooth dongle I recommend this one.

It will give you access to pretty much all the modules and if you happen to track the car it will let you do cool stuff like this.

I didn't want to get into the tuner issues in fear of getting lambasted my a certain person here.....but, if you give Torrie a call or even an email, he will respond immediately! He's great to work with! I would give him a try.

Is Torrie = Unleashed Tuned?
Yep torrie = unleashed tuning......He is a good dude. I'm trying to think of an instance where people have weird, intermittent, or unresolved tuning issues and can't really do it.
However, you can't call torrie, only email correspondence. Kinda sucks but I think it has to be like that for his sake
I'm pretty critical and Torrie passes my tests....Basically you get at least daily tune updates if not multiple updates if you are logging with him.
He did over 20 tune revisions when I tuned with him before to complete the tune to his liking and even added the custom parts that I wanted in the tune.

I was very critical in my tune as well. Did 4 revisions for me with my shift points and drivability. Great guy to work with. It actually amazes me how fast he responds. I've had well over 60 tune revision with Torrie and he still puts up with me hah.

I ran the stock tune and it was fine... No popping, quacking, or studdering etc at WOT.
The only DTCs I was getting were from the rear 02 Sensor for efficiency.
Checking the cac is a good idea, excess oil being sucked up may cause a misfire at high boost. Also one thing I didn't realize you are running the k&n intake. Ensure that the air filter is clean and not over oiled. Good luck at the muffler shop!
